Slow Burn specializes in naturally leavened breads and I do not have any gluten free bread I can offer at this time. Though I do not offer gluten free bread, I do have some gluten free goodies up my sleeve. Please feel free to contact us regarding any dietary specialties you may be looking for. While I do have several gluten free treats often, our products are not made in a gluten free kitchen, so if you are extremely gluten intolerant or are celiac, I can not verify any item to be purely gluten free.

Slow Burn is focusing on small batch deliveries, so you can order online for a delivery to your doorstep up to 3 days per week.

You may also find Slow Burn Wood Fired at the Waterboro Farmer's Market on the 1st Monday of every month. The market is located on Old Alfred Rd, Waterboro, ME on Mondays 2-6pm!
